Text messaging terms
SeaWraps — SMS Consent & Terms
SeaWraps sends transactional text messages (SMS) to customers who request service or contact the business. These messages include appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, drop-off and pickup readiness notifications, job status updates, secure links to estimates and invoices, and replies to customer questions. SeaWraps does not send marketing, promotional, or broadcast text messages through this program.
The opt-in (where you give consent)
Customers opt in by checking the SMS consent box on SeaWraps's online "Request a Quote" form. Below is exactly how that opt-in appears on the form — the box is optional and unchecked by default:
SeaWraps — Request a Quote
You can submit the form and receive a quote without checking the box — if it's left unchecked, SeaWraps follows up by email or phone instead. You may also opt in by texting SeaWraps directly.
Consent is not required
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving service.
Message frequency & rates
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out & getting help
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. For help, reply HELP or contact SeaWraps directly.
Privacy
SeaWraps does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the transactional messages described above. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
